How it works

1. Your order is in queue—your partner will be assigned within 1-4 hours, and we’ll send the info to your email.

2. We’ll send you a partner request. Please accept it within 10 minutes, or the invitation will be canceled. After that, you’ll need to invite us instead.

3. If we don’t receive your invite within 8 hours or if the assigned player becomes unavailable, we’ll reassign new partner(s) and email you their names. This cycle will repeat until we partner up — so accepting on time helps avoid delays.

4. Orders are usually completed within 1–5 minutes after teaming up.
